This treatment focuses on promoting relaxation, full body circulation, and tension relief through varying pressure, swedish, and sports massage techniques.
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment that examines membranes and movement of the fluids in the skull and around the central nervous system. It promotes feelings of well-being by releasing tension, and boosting foucs, health, and immunity. CST also treats headaches, TMJ syndromes, concussions, and PTSD. Come experience stillness!
VISCERAL MANIPULATION
Visceral manipulation is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy used to help your internal organs (viscera) glide smoothly and harmonize within your body. These techniques treat abdominal pain, constipation, cramps, indigestion, and much more.
MYOFASCIAL RESTORATION
This treatment utilizes cupping, gua sha, fascia blaster tools, and red light therapy to rejuvinate and restore collagen and connective tissue. Its and extremely effective full body therapy but notable for the face, legs, and arms. Contact me to find out more.
